After the wedding we're off to Costa Rica for a week and a half to unwind. Then we're flying to Austria for a second reception with Michelle's extended family and friends.
Rain forests and mountain tops
After our wedding, we're flying down to Costa Rica for our honeymoon. We chose Costa Rica because it's beautiful, relaxing, and affordable (particularly relative to Europe these days with the dollar so weak!). Plus we need to end up in Austria two weeks later, so Hawaii and Tahiti are a bit too far in the wrong direction. :) While in Costa Rica, we'll be staying in Tamarindo on the pacific coast at El Jardin del Eden (http://www.JardinDelEden.com) and in Arenal at the Tabacon hot springs under an active volcano (http://www.tabacon.com).
Then we fly to Austria for a second wedding reception for Michelle's extended family and friends, many of whom won't be able to come out to California for our main wedding. The reception will be at the Rosenburg castle (see photo), a Rennaisance mountain-top stronghold and palace. We can't wait!!
