  • Created Uni High Physics On-Line, hooking physical experiments to the web via live sensors for distributed real-time data-visualization. Featured exhibit at U of I's CyberFest. (1996)
  • Created program in Japanese Software Development with the Center for the Improvement of Teaching of Japanese Language and Culture in High School (CITJ). (1997)

Significant Learning / Travel Experience

  • Speaker at National Academy of Sciences's convocation "Reinventing Schools: The Technology is Now", 1993
  • Co-creator of HotKanji, a Java-based interactive teaching tool for Japanese ideographs (Kanji).
